Video: Augmented Reality in a House Full of Media Surfaces

Boing Boing just posted this short film by the design firm Berg and the Dentsu agency that imagines "an augmented reality future that's not an advertising hell." Here's a look at "Media Surfaces: Incidental Media."

Of course it's appealing for companies to reach customers in new ways, and augmented reality might facilitate all varieties of those. But for individuals, the idea of a house full of media surfaces loses its appeal if that means nothing more than marketing.
