Video: Design for Eating with Marije Vogelzang

Marije Vogelzang is a Dutch eating designer who explores the origin, preparation, etiquette, history, and the culture of food. In the past, she's hosted everything from a tap water tasting to a pasta sauna. She's presenting as part of the Gain: AIGA Design and Business Conference in New York today, where she'll discuss a new approach to the act of eating.
