It's playoff season for high school football teams in South Carolina, and when the Hilton Head High Seahawks faced off with Myrtle Beach High Seahawks, Myrtle Beach blew them out of the water 64-16. But what could have been a demoralizing loss for Hilton Head ended up being a pretty inspiring evening for both teams.

On the last play of the game, Mickey Wilson, head coach of the Myrtle Beach team, hatched a plan to let Chip Mullen, a Hilton Head senior with Down Syndrome, score the first touchdown of his football career. Wilson told the Hilton Head team to field Mullen and give him a handoff. When Hilton Head did, Mullen ran for 75 yards past the Myrtle Beach players to put six points on the board. The entire Myrtle Beach team even followed him into the end zone to congratulate him.

Mullen's time on the gridiron may have been brief, but he retires with a 75-yard rushing average and a touchdown to his name.
