We don't want to draw too many conclusions, but it's pretty obvious that when gays can marry, universal health care soon follows. San Francisco has announced that they will pioneer a new type universal health care system, where the uninsured are given basic insurance by the city for $35 a month. Though that is different from Massachusetts' new program, it's becoming clear that, despite the conventional wisdom, polygamy and bestiality aren't the next steps for a society after it allows gay marriage.
