Nic Harcourt's Top 10 Of 2007

Nic Harcourt, who contributed to GOOD a while back, just listed his top ten albums of 2007. He's the taste-maker at KCRW, a radio station we really kinda like, so we thought you'd want to know.

By the way, we totally thought that band was called Sultan Samovar. Turns out it's Salt & Samovar, which makes only slightly more sense.
