Video: Dozens of Cars Crash on an Icy Hill

Contrary to what many San Franciscans will claim, the steepest hills in the country are in Pittsburgh. While this video doesn't take place on the legendary Canton Avenue, this hill is plenty steep and the recent icy rain has turned it into a slick patch of ice. No one seems to be able to get to the top to warn people. Drive safely out there.
