Intermission: Soccer, Animated with String

You may remember Richard Swarbrick as the animator and director who created a gorgeous, impressionistic minute-and-a-half film from 2010's El Clássico soccer match between longtime rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid. This time around, he's taken his technique in a new direction, animating highlights from the recent Euro 2012 tournament entirely with string—and with incredible fidelity.
