Inspire, the magazine created by Yemeni Al-Qaeda branch Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, has just released its second issue, which features articles suggesting blowing up lunch spots in Washington, D.C., and an essay by a North Carolina native turned Al Qaeda operative entitled "I Am Proud to be a Traitor to America."
You might remember the first issue included the hilariously headlined "Make a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom." While the second issue seems to only exist in news reports right now, you can download the first issue here.
