This Beto supporter threw some epic shade at Ted Cruz in the Dallas airport.

He had no idea what was happening.

We’re just days before the 2018 midterm elections and one of the most talked about races is getting closer by the day. According to a recent poll from Emerson College, Republican incumbent Ted Cruz is leading Democratic challenger Beto O’Rourke by just three points in the Texas senate race.

If O’Rourke wins it would be a massive red-state upset. Texas hasn’t had a Democratic senator in 25 years.

As the nation turns its attention to the Lone Star State, a hilarious photo taken by an O’Rourke supporter is going viral for a second time.

Back in March, Austin resident, Rebecca also known as @LazyyMillennial on Twitter, took a photo with Cruz in the Dallas airport while wearing a lanyard which read, “Texas deserves better than Cruz!” Rebecca says she had the lanyard hidden beneath her blazer and then revealed it right before the photo was taken.

“Got to meet someone who supposedly represents me today. Not for much longer, though!” she captioned the tweet which has received over 116,000 likes.

Rebecca used the tweet’s popularity to round up some more volunteers for O’Rourke.

Here’s how the Twitterverse responded to Rebecca’s epic shade.
