Kevin Connolly was born without legs. Getting around on a skateboard, with duct-tape-reinforced gloves, he's not exactly inconspicuous. For his photo project The Rolling Exhibition, he traveled the world catching people in the reflexive act of staring at him. Their expressions mix surprise, concern, curiosity, embarrassment, and fear. Looking at the photos you get a sense of how absurd it must feel to be the subject of all these emotions before even meeting someone.
