For years, there's been an effort underway to turn the abandoned High Line rail structure in New York City into an elevated public park. GOOD has been following the story since the beginning (see our November, 2006 video for some background).The park, which began as a kind of fanciful idea, is now just a few weeks away from opening to the public.
