As Obama's first 100 days comes to a close (and how other presidents must curse FDR for sticking with them with that totally arbitrary deadline), we'll be hearing a lot of various pronouncements about how his presidency is going. Foreign Policy has published more than 40 foreign policy minded thinkers grades for Obama's first 100 days. To ruin the surprise, he basically got the Bell curve: one A plus, one D, and a lot of B pluses in between.
