As Obama's first 100 days comes to a close (and how other presidents must curse FDR for sticking with them with that totally arbitrary deadline), we'll be hearing a lot of various pronouncements about how his presidency is going. Foreign Policy has published more than 40 foreign policy minded thinkers grades for Obama's first 100 days.
