Lisa Jackson went on The Daily Show Monday night, in an appearance that was scheduled to celebrate the introduction of the Kerry-Graham-Lieberman climate and energy bill. Alas, Graham pulled back over the weekend, and now everything's up in the air, and Ms. Jackson was left to answer questions from John Stewart like, "Do you feel that Senator Graham is a big fat baby?"

She handled the questions as well as anybody could have, and actually did as good a job breaking down the often confusing roles of legislative action and the EPA's executive decisions. Watch and learn.
