It's an undeniable fact that, thanks to the recession, lots of things seem to be shrinking. Budgets. Salaries. Opportunities. But we prefer to see the bright side of downsizing.

We've always been firm believers in the idea that sweeping change starts small. Many of the most productive and fulfilling forms of action happen at a personal level. Planting a seed is just as profound as preserving a tree. Smaller-scale efforts are often more nimble, more innovative, more inspiring. And we're genuinely excited about the idea of starting little and worrying later about scaling up.
