Matthew Yglesias has a nice post on his Atlantic Online blog today countering the accusation that Transformers is a pernicious paean to American militarism.
It's great to see Yglesias' rigorous analysis brought to bear on Michael Bay and we agree, Bay is ideologically vacuous at worst.
And Transformers was awesome. Not in the Paris, Texas kind of way, but awesome nevertheless.
