Good news for those of us who are scared of nuclear war: Intelligence agencies have concluded that Iran halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003. Their report doesn't necessarily have the last word in the Iran-nuke debate, but it does add some texture to the current discourse. Perhaps more importantly though, Who knew Iranians were such compelling muralists?
