Raleigh Denim

This video, from UNC-TV, tells the story of Sarah and Victor Lytvinenko. They started making jeans out of their Raleigh, North Carolina, apartment in 2007. With a dedication to local craftsmanship, a passion for jeans, and a little help from the stimulus bill, they managed to break into the crazy premium denim business. Their jeans now sell in Barney's but all their raw materials still come from North Carolina, and the designing, sewing, and finishing all happens under one roof.
