I’d only pay $5 at the most for that water.
A $6 bottle of water is pretty steep, even for Whole Foods, especially if that water has stalks of asparagus soaking in it. The ridiculous product was pulled from the shelves after customers took to social media to voice their complaints.
One customer, Marielle Wakim, shared a photo of the strange beverage on her Instagram page.
According to abc7.com, Whole Foods only sold the drink at a Brentwood, CA store and it was meant to be asparagus infused water. The whole stalks getting added to the bottles was a mistake. Who knows, maybe they were on to something.
