A few days ago, Republican Presidential candidates (minus any candidate who might actually secure the nomination) attended a "Christian Values" debate. It included fun like an "abortion survivor" asking Giuliani's empty podium why the absent candidate wanted her dead. It also featured the above rousing rendition of "Why Should God Bless America?" The question seems left unanswered.
