Bad question. Great answer.
British politician Liz Kendall never expected to be asked about her weight while being interviewed by Simon Walters from the notorious tabloid, The Daily Mail, but that’s exactly what happened. Kendall’s understandably curt response was absolutely perfect: “Fuck off.”
In an interview on BBC Radio 5 Live, Kendall expanded on her answer to the rude question.
“I just think it’s unbelievable that in the 21st century women still get asked such very, very different questions from men. I cannot wait for a world when women are judged the same as men and not by those kinds of questions.”
