Hitting The Books

Way back on Tuesday of this week, the Senate approved the Higher Education Bill by a resounding 95-0 vote. By most counts, that means it was unanimous. However, the unanimity of that count can't account for counting of chickens before they're hatched. Everyone in the hen house has an opinion.
