Former model and actress Isabella Rossellini is acting out the sex lives of various insects in a new series of films that will be shown at the Berlinale festival.
She seems like a really thoughtful person to us (here's an example) and we like how she's not limiting herself to "model" behavior (har!) We assume her people at Lancôme would have had a problem with this project were she still their spokesmodel. You'd have to have a serious furries thing going on to find her costumes at all sexy.
And the films look potentially educational. She reminds us that sex is, after all, a messy, boring and/or dangerous biological imperative for most of the world's inhabitants, not a new scent from whomever-the-crap.
