An outbreak of cholera is the latest effect of Robert Mugabe's systematic destruction of Zimbabwe's infrastructure. Reports that as many as 300 people died come on the heels of a humanitarian visit by Jimmy Carter and Kofi Annan that inspired Carter to declare the situation ""worse than we could have imagined.""
