Cool move by the Pope.
Author Shaun King recently posted this beautiful video to his Facebook page. His description sums it up pretty well:
I can't get enough of this video. Sofi Cruz is just 5 years old. Her parents are migrant workers in California and traveled all the way to DC with the long shot hope that she could pass the Pope an important note. She crossed the barrier and when the Pope saw her, he made sure that security let her through.
Notice, at the very end, after she gets a kiss, she makes sure he gets that note. A beautiful moment of grace and persistence between them both.
