Raising Arizona: Other States Considering Drastic Immigration Laws
While Arizona may be the only state in the country where police can do their own Nazi impressions while demanding papers of suspicious-looking potential illegal immigrants, others around the country are getting pretty excited about having a similar law of their own.
According to this roundup of state legislatures on TPM, 10 other states are in some stage of working on a similar law, though some of those states seem to simply have one legislator or gubernatorial candidate who has expressed admiration of Arizona's report.
