THIS GALLERY is comprised of siblings Reta and Vana Howell. They turn what would otherwise be trash into functional works of art-such as the beautiful light above, which is handmade from plastic bottles. As the Inhabitat writer Ali Kriscenski points out, it's "an enlightening display that also serves as a beautiful 'reduce, reuse and recycle' reminder."
