Sea Change: Where Water Levels Are Rising (and Falling) Across America
Here, from a new EPA report (pdf), is a map that shows changing relative sea levels around the United States. "Relative sea level" is a measure of the level of the sea relative to the level of the land, which is also changing. So while absolute sea level is rising, in some places (see Alaska) the relative sea level has actually fallen. In Texas and the northeast, however, the sea is creeping ever higher.
