The Boston Globe reports on an amazing story. The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is building a new building directly next door to the one it currently occupies.


Each day, children at the Institute post signs with their names on it on their glass windows. Iron workers working on the new Yawkey Center for Cancer Care (named for former Red Sox owners Tom and Jean Yawkey, long time Dana-Farber supporters) spray paint the children's names on the I-beams of the new building, making it a memorial to the children fighting cancer.Some photos are below.
