Lawrence, Kansas residents are stunned by a caustic anti-liberal rant posted outside a defunct furniture store.
A Lawrence, Kansas business owner chose to go out of business with an unusual, scorched-Earth strategy. Bob Fyfe, owner of Payless Furniture, has been fed up with the liberal residents of his town since the ‘70s.
So, as a final goodbye, he wrote some incendiary words on a truck parked outside his store, garnering protests and cheers from local residents. According to Fyfe, “There’s things that you can’t say that are really harmless words. They’re just words.”
