In a study conducted in 37 cities across the country, Drug Enforcement Administration agents found that cocaine is not only more expensive than it's been in five years, but it's also significantly less pure. And, apparently, people are doing less coke--or at least testing positive less often--perhaps on account of the two-headed monster of increased prices and decreased quality. Speaking of quality (ahem), let's not forget just how blow is made.
