In our most recent issue, we brought you this attention-getting Darfur comic, which shot around the internet. But in the fast-paced world of international conflict and humanitarian disasters, things are already changing. The Sudanese government has said UN peace keepers will be allowed in, and then changed their minds so many times its hard to keep track. And, to make things more confusing, just yesterday, Darfurian rebels besieged and destroyed an African Union base, killing 10 soldiers; soldiers who were in Darfur to help keep the peace. It's not just the Sundanese government and the Janjaweed causing chaos. It's important to remember, nothing is as black and white as we want it to be.
