Phillip Toledano is an artist who lives in New York; his work is remarkable. We've been spending quite a bit of time looking at his project called "Days With My Father," a photography series that observes the daily joys and struggles of Mr. Toledano's 98 year-old father, who suffers from memory loss and the pangs of an aging body. The project began after the death of Toledano's mother-an event that his father is unable to remember-and now contains a surreal warmth and texture. It's touching, it's painstakingly beautiful, and it makes us want to tell our dad we love him.
