And Beau Biden's introduction of his father had everyone in the hall misty eyed. But we've heard rumors that the networks cut away from John Kerry's speech right as he delivered some of the sharpest zingers on McCain of the night, something a lot of the Democrats here have been champing at the bit to see. A lot of this speech is vintage soporific Kerry, but the bits about McCain the candidate and McCain the senator are sharp.
