In a fascinating shift, women in New York City between the ages of 21 and 30 now make 117% of what their male peers do. In Dallas it's 120%. And women out-earn men by smaller margins in a few other metropolitan areas.
Women have outnumbered men in colleges and grad schools for a while now. That's gotta have something to do with it, but there are doubtless many factors.
The pump is on the other foot regardless.
