So... turns out there were secret CIA prisons, but now they are not secret, because we took all the people out of them, and put them in only semi-secret prisons.
And, if you want to know what's going on in the secret prisons, here's an idea. The belly slap sounds fun and jocular. We would pick that one, if we had to choose.
