Dreaming of better sleep? You're not alone. A recent CDC report found that nearly a third of American workers don't catch enough winks. Shut-eye isn't just a luxury; the agency calls insufficient sleep a public health epidemic and reminds us that people who don't get enough quality sleep are more likely to suffer from a variety of chronic diseases.
That's why, for this month's GOOD 30-Day Challenge, we're asking you to join us in a pledge to sleep better.
