An Argentinean designer has created special shoes specifically made for Mexicans who may be taking a short overland trip between, say, Tijuana and San Diego. They have special pockets and a compass, and are artfully covered in Mexican colors. Apparently, you can grab them for incredibly high prices in California shoe boutiques.
