Winner Announced: Design an Infographic About the Election

See the winners for best infographic, best design, and best use of information.

We waited until the dust from the election settled to see which of the submissions for our political-themed infographic design contest really spoke to us about what happened on Election Day. After long deliberation, here are our winners:

Best overall graphic goes to K Tillman (view it large here). It may not be the flashiest graphic, but it does an excellent job showing the importance of this election and the potential shift of the balance of power, while adding the money is a nice touch.

The best design goes to Bradley R. Hughes (view it large here). Those maps and the type are incredibly exciting and visually grabbing.

The best information goes to Aimee Lee (view it large here). Bringing in this information about the Tea Party was both interesting and key to this election.

Thanks to everyone who submitted. You can view all the submissions here. Be on the look out for our next infographic contest next week.
