Turn the music up and dance.
It is a common misconception that you have to leave your house to go dancing. Most of the best dance parties of my life have taken place in kitchens or living rooms. Or by myself, while I am waiting for the kettle to boil or applying mascara or making dinner. Lately I've been listening to some gay club jams on Spotify, but I also recommend this '90s R&B playlist. If it doesn't get you moving, then nothing will.
