Obama has really been pushing the transition to "electronic medical records," but do they actually make doctors more efficient? Judge for yourself: here's video of one doctor who's already switched over, from the Wall Street Journal. But even if the average visit to the doctor isn't faster, if electronic health records cut down on unnecessary visits, that could result in lots of money saved.
