Kim Jong Il is such a junkie for Hollywood (his rumored favorites: James Bond, Daffy Duck, and slasher movies) that not even his own paranoia and instinct to restrict and repress can compete. The Pyongyang International Film Festival is this week.As the Herald Tribune reports: "In normal circumstances, North Koreans can be thrown in jail for watching unauthorized foreign movies.
