The customer isn’t always smart.
A video of a rude customer berating food workers who apparently got her order slightly wrong was uploaded to YouTube this week, and now it’s gone super viral. Why? Because as obnoxious as it is to watch someone yelling to a low-wage employees such commands as “speak English” and “get it right the first time!,” it’s her grand exit that has everyone snickering. It’s what John Lennon would call “instant karma.”
