Since December, Londoners have been gathering for secret screenings of new and classic films. Once a month, registered secret cinephiles receive an email detailing the film selection and location of the event that's slated for that very evening.
"The secret cinema is a gathering of all that love stimulating, challenging and groundbreaking cinema. The internet is changing the way we watch films. The secret cinema changes WHERE you watch films," the website says.
The secret organizers remain cloaked in anonymity and the venues are varied: "Anything from city farms, derelict theatres, five star hotel car parks, rooftops and parks."
