Two hundred and fifty thousand Sri Lankans do not currently have access to food. The U.N.'s World Food Program wants to help, but can't get supplies into the area. The government is saying it's protecting civilians, but death tolls are rising. Amnesty International is calling for a ceasefire to get innocents out of harm's way, but have been denied.
