Back in August we discovered that McDonald's hamburgers don't age. In the following video, we learn what really happens when they're left out.
Back in August, we reported on an art project that demonstrates how McDonald's hamburgers don't age. Today, the Consumerist posted this video by reader GitEmSteveDave, who was skeptical about the original project. Attempting to find out what really happens when McDonald's hamburgers are left out, he recreated the project of using time-lapse photography to demonstrate the aging (or non-aging) of the preservative-laden food item.
The results were drastically different:

Not only did the burger totally disappear in a mere four hours, but, as the Consumerist mentions, "time-lapse cats are hilarious."
