It's part of INFORM's Secret Life Series, which has explored the environmental impact of cell phones and paper. And this one tackles the environmental impact of the cattle industry in seven minutes. From butchers to farmers, the interviewees all suggest cutting back on the beef—whether that's going meatless on Mondays or selectively eating grass-fed meats. Is that enough to make a difference?
