Paul Newman died of cancer yesterday at age 83. He was an icon of American film, founded a line of all-natural foods way before it was cool (and donated $250 million to charity in the process), and earned a spot on Nixon's enemies list, a distinction he called "the highest single honor I've ever received." We're very sad to lose him. We're going to rent Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, or maybe Cool Hand Luke.
