When a man in a wheelchair took a horrific fall off a subway platform in Washington D.C., some concerned citizens rushed to rescue him. The courageous act of kindness was captured on CCTV and fortunately the man who fell avoided serious injuries, proving there are still plenty of decent people in the world.
