A brilliant idea: Voice mail for all, not tied to a discrete phone line. Not only will this help people post-disaster who are trying to contact family members or get their lives back together. One of the major obstacles that keeps homeless people from getting jobs and getting back on their feet is their lack of a way for potential employers to contact them. Problem solved.
