Tesco, the Wal-Mart of the UK, has announced that it's going to set up cell phone recycling stations in its stores and offer credit for phones people turn in.
A good idea. But it's hard to know what to say when a huge, voracious behemoth like this that routinely runs roughshod over local businesses and communities makes one awkward step in the right direction. Congratulations, maybe. And we look forward to the day you aren't lame in most other ways.
